customers are in the telephone and cable TV communications industries.

- Pricing - MP's pricing reflects the Nation Average Repair Charges that are
annually computed from the six major repair organizations in the United
States: Exception. Refer to CATV Test equipment.
- Warranty - Ninety-days, unconditional, Exceptions are - Flagrant customer
abuse and "Physical Damage."
- Quality Assurance - All equipment tested to manufacturing and FCC
specification via H.P. Spectrum Analyzer 8593A (8711A CATV measurement
personality), option 004 precision frequency reference +1X10-8. Wavetek
Sweep System to 1000 MHz, traceable to Wavetek standards for Test and Line
Equipment.
- Emergency Service - MP will honor "EMERGENCY" Status
Service without additional charges. Please do not abuse.
- Turn-around - Five-to-fifteen working days, depending on location.
Exception would apply due to flagrant problems with customer's equipment.
- Seminars/Workshops - MP will "customize" Technical Seminars
and/or Workshops for their customers.
